Hue kites flying on the street
Within the framework of Hue Festival Week 2022, on the afternoon of June 26, the street festival “Colors of Culture” has just been launched with a brief opening program right at the 6-intersection in front of the Cinema - Culture Center.
The art troupes went through Hung Vuong and Le Loi streets with a length of more than 2km, in warm cheers and claps of viewers. Accordingly, the street atmosphere became bustling and vibrant.
According to the organizers, the street festival takes place for 3 days from June 26 to 28. Along with performances of street music, dance and variety shows, showing the beauty of ao dai and Hue kite, there are also a parade of antique cars themed “Hue four seasons of flowers”, a public program of selected folk art performances, quoted from typical festivals and folk performances of some localities in the province.
