To extensively promote national territorial sovereignty and spread the image of the nation’s borderlands, the Central Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization has launched the 4th National art photo contest and exhibition themed “Pride in a border strip”.

During the participation in the VnExpress Marathon Hue 2026, runners will benefit from a free admission to tourist attractions managed by Hue Monuments of Conservation Center. It will offer both domestic and international runners the opportunity to further explore the history, architecture, and culture of Hue Ancient Capital.

On April 5, the People’s Committee of Hoa Chau Ward officially opened the 1st Sports Festival for the 2025-2026 period. Kim Tra Ward Culinary Festival took place over 2 days, March 9 and 10, at the Exhibition House of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage “Van Cu Rice Noodle Craft” (Van Cu - Nam Thanh residential area), drawing the participation of a large number of residents and visitors.

On the morning of March 9th, the Hue City Employment Service Center officially launched the Employment Month 2026 program with the theme “Spring Job Connection”. It attracted the participation of many businesses both within and outside the city, creating opportunities for direct connections between companies and job seekers during the first months of the year.

The petanque competition of the 10th Hue City Sports Festival officially opened on the morning of March 7th at Hue City Sports Center. Notably, the tournament features the participation of many athletes aged 70 and above.
