"Cultural heritage of ethnic minority groups in A Luoi District" is the theme of an exhibition, which is organized by Thua Thien Hue History Museum in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Information of A Luoi District. The exhibition was opened on the morning of October 10 at the Center for cultural activities of ethnic communities of A Luoi District.

On the morning of October 8th, the broadcast of the final round of the Road to Mount Olympia 2023 competition took place enthusiastically at the entrance of Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted. On the morning of September 27, Hue City People's Committee opened an exhibition space themed "Colors on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month".

On the morning of September 24, the Management Board of Dong Ba Market coordinated with World Wild Fund in Vietnam (WWF-Vietnam), Go! Supermarket, Co.op Mart Hue Supermarket held a ceremony to launch the “No Plastic Bag Week”.

The above goal was proposed and discussed by experts at the conference "UNESCO Creative Cities Network and the ability to transform cultural resources in Hue" organized by the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts coordinated with the Institute for Development Studies of Thua Thien Hue province on the morning of September 22 in Hue city.

On the morning of September 16, at the Quoc Tu Giam historical site, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to commend students who achieved the title of "School Honors Student" for the academic year 2022 - 2023. On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (2/9/1945 - 2/9/2023), on the morning of September 2nd, on the Huong River, in front of the gate of Hai Ba Trung High School (Hue City), the Department of Culture and Sports organized the 34th Provincial Traditional Boat Racing Competition in Thua Thien Hue Province.

In an effort to continue to preserve and promote the cultural heritage value of Bai choi art, on the morning of August 30th, in Thuy Thanh commune (Huong Thuy town), the Department of Culture & Information in coordination with the Department of Education organized a training workshop on Bai choi singing for teachers from preschools, primary schools, and secondary schools in the area of Huong Thuy town.
