On August 1st (the 19th day of the sixth lunar month, Year of the Horse), the Executive Board of Vietnam Buddhist Sangha (VBS) - Hue City officially opened the Guanyin Festival at the Guanyin Buddhist Spiritual Tourism Center on Tu Tuong Mountain in Thuy Xuan Ward, Hue City.
