In the early days of the Lunar New Year of the Cat 2023, along with many traditional customs preserved and implemented by Quang Dien district, the custom of seeking and giving calligraphy is also the occasion to celebrate the beginning of new-year writing. This meaningful cultural beauty remains and is being preserved and handed down, showing the tradition of respecting studiousness and knowledge for many generations of the Vietnamese people.

On January 30 (the 9th day of the Lunar New Year), the traditional wrestling festival of Thu Le village (Quang Dien district) took place, attracting a large number of people and tourists to participate and watch. On the morning of the second day of the Lunar New Year of the Cat (January 23), the Organizing Committee of the Spring activities in Dien Hoa Commune, Phong Dien District held the traditional Fairy Swing Festival in the Lunar New Year of the Cat 2023.
