On the morning of June 5th, Hue Central Hospital hosted an International Scientific Conference between Hue Central Hospital and Taichung General Hospital (Taiwan - China) with the participation of numerous leading domestic and international experts, professors, and physicians.

On May 30, the 2026 Imperial City Scientific Conference on infectious diseases was held at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University. The event attracted nearly 250 delegates and almost 20 leading experts in infectious diseases, microbiology, and tropical diseases from across Vietnam.

On the morning of April 11th in Hue, Vietnam Neurointerventional Society held the opening of the 2nd National Conference on Neurointerventional, attracting a large number of leading experts and doctors from across the country. This is an important scientific event aimed at updating the latest advances in the field of neurointerventional, while enhancing professional exchange and promoting cooperation among medical institutions.

On August 2, the Cardiovascular Center at Hue Central Hospital (HCH) hosted a specialized workshop titled "Ablation of Complex Arrhythmias Using RF (Radiofrequency) Technique". The event gathered numerous leading experts in the fields of interventional cardiology and arrhythmias from hospitals across the country.

That was the theme of the national-level scientific conference organized on June 21 by the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Hue City (Union of Associations) in collaboration with the Department of Health, the Department of Science and Technology, Hue Central Hospital, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Association, and the Infectious Diseases Association of the city. The event gathered leading experts in health, environment, and agriculture - forestry from Vietnam and abroad.

From July 16 to 18, the Vietnam Cardiology Association and the Vietnam Society of Cardiology, in collaboration with Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, organized the “Hypertension Summer School 2024” program.

That Hue University welcomes many leading professors and experts coming to its member universities to spread new pieces of knowledge is not only an opportunity for its academic staff to acquire new knowledge, but also partly affirms its prestige.
