Marking the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), on the afternoon of July 23, Hue City’s leadership authorized the Department of Home Affairs, led by the Department’s Deputy Director Do Minh Long, to visit and present gifts to people with meritorious service and policy beneficiary families in various wards and communes, including: Binh Dien, Huong Tra, and Kim Tra.

On the afternoon of July 4, Phu Xuan University collaborated with ELRD and EdulightenUp to hold an educational seminar under the theme “The Art of Leadership by Empathy and Transformation”.

On the morning of March 20, at Phu An Secondary School, Hue City Association for the Protection of Children’s Rights, in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports, organized the “Happiness for Children” communication program in response to the International Day of Happiness. On the afternoon of November 15, the leadership of Hue Central Hospital shared that its medical team successfully saved the life of a newborn with severe jaundice and hemolysis thanks to early diagnosis and a blood exchange transfusion procedure.
