To spread the value of Hue Bookcase and reading culture within schools, Hue City Institute for Development Studies has organized activities to introduce Hue Bookcase in schools. With his invention, young engineer Hoang Huu Dao (born in 1983, residing at 60 Phan Chu Trinh, Hue City) has supported the transportation of goods, liberating many workers and shippers across the country from labor. His product has by degrees grown and affirmed the “brand” with many convenient “Loc Phat (Prosperity) Motorbike Cargo Rack” lines.

On August 10, Hue Tourism College held the final round of the contest titled “Initiatives to reduce waste in general, and plastic waste in particular in tourism business activities”.

The artifacts selected for identification are representative items typical of the Nguyen Dynasty's royalty and officials, such as the golden throne, palanquins, ceremonial shoes (things used in daily life and rituals), gold and jade branches (interior decorations), and the Xam Huong set (a recreational activity). This initiative marks the beginning of applying technology to preserve and promote the cultural heritage values preserved in Thua Thien Hue.

In response to the International Day of Persons with Disabilities (December 3rd), the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs collaborated with the Center for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population (CCIHP) to organize a community-oriented running program, “Together with Persons with Disabilities,” under the theme “Every Step Counts - Connecting Love” in Hue City on the morning of December 3rd.
