Amidst the vibrant and bustling atmosphere of transitioning from the old year to the new year 2025, and celebrating the historic milestone of Hue becoming a centrally-governed municipality, on the evening of December 31, the Hue Festival Organizing Committee, Hue City People's Committee, and Carlsberg Vietnam Co., Ltd. collaborated to host the Countdown - Welcoming New Year 2025 event at the intersection of Vo Nguyen Giap and Van Tien Dung streets.

KinoFest, the German Film Festival is an annual film festival organized by Goethe Institute in Southeast Asia for contemporary German cinema. This year, the film festival will be held in Hue from October 26 to 27 at Lan Vien Co Tich cultural space (No. 94 - 96 - 98 Bach Dang, Hue City).

With unique art festival coming soon, Hue Festival 2022 promises to enrich festival activities, creates attractive tourism products for Hue.

Held annually in March and July of the Lunar calendar at the temple located on Ngoc Tran mountain by the bank of the Huong River, where Thien Y A Na Goddess is worshiped, the festival attracts people from across the country to attend.

A major change in the way festivals are organized in Hue will be a series of folk festivals, royal festivals and new festivals with quality and scale commensurate with the potential and cultural characteristics of the city into "Four Seasons Festival",
