In the framework of the XIV Contest for Selecting Excellent Students of Gifted High school in the Coastal and Northern Delta regions in 2023 held in Thai Nguyen in 2 days from July 15 to 16, Hue Quoc Hoc High school for the Gifted won 28 medals and prizes.

With the theme “Năng,” Vietnam Truc Chi Art has introduced an exhibition to the public in Da Nang with dozens of artworks created by Truc Chi artists during the past time.

The “Dancing - Ao dai by the Huong River” program took place at the park area of Nha Ken, next to Truong Tien Bridge (Le Loi Street, Hue City) on the afternoon of July 12, officially ended the Hue Community Ao dai Week 2023 organized by the Department of Culture and Sports.

The memory of Ao dai in me is simply the image of my mother wearing an Ao dai, in a rush carrying a basket in one hand and hastily putting on a gray Ao dai with the other, getting ready to go to the market. Phan Ngoc Anh Thu, a student from class 8/6 at Tran Cao Van Junior High School (Hue City) has just won high prizes in the regional round of the World Scholar’s Cup 2023 (an international eloquence contest) held in Da Nang.

On the occasion of the first anniversary of operation, Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum (144 Dang Thai Than street, Hue City) opened an additional space associated with the heroic General of Hue: the General’s working shack.

On the morning of July 7, Hue Monuments Conservation Center coordinated with the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports to organize an incense and flower offering ceremony, and a procession of gratitude to the ancestor on the occasion of the death anniversary of Lord Nguyen Phuc Khoat, the person who laid the foundation of Ao dai Vietnam. This is one of the activities responding to Hue Festival 2023, and within the framework of the Autumn Festival’s activities.

On July 5, the Provincial General Library held a final round of the 2023 Children’s Painting according to Books Competition with the theme “Ao dai and Heritage”.
