Two new publications, which are the volume 1 and the volume 2 of the book themed “Hue, the Magical Imperial City” under the project on "Establishing and developing Hue Bookcase" in 2024, are expected to be released on the occasion of the 3rd Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2024. The event is organized by Thua Thien Hue General Library.

Since embarking on the journey with technology to preserve fresh flowers into everlasting blooms, the love for flowers of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Lan (from Phong Thu, Phong Dien) has flourished even more. Day and night, with relentless dedication to exploration and research, this young lady has ingeniously created beautiful, unique everlasting flower products, from flower fields.

“Coi mai vang Tinh Tam” (roughly translated as “Tranquillity from the Root of Yellow Apricot”) is the title of an exhibition by Le Van Loi, a Buddhism retired scholar, displayed at the Intercultural Meeting Point (Bach Dang Street, Hue City) from March 28th to April 3rd.

On the morning of March 26th, Vietnam Railways Corporation, Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee, and Da Nang City People's Committee jointly organized the inauguration of a tourism train service between Hue and Da Nang, named “Connecting Central Heritages.”

On the afternoon of March 25, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a courtesy meeting with a delegation of the South Korean Consulate General in Da Nang, led by Mr. Kang Boo Sung.

From researching the topic to participate in the Provincial Science-Technology Contest for High School Students, a group of students from Dang Tran Con Senior High School made tea bags from rose myrtle flowers, a unique product from the local raw material sources.

On the morning of March 23, at Trinh Cong Son Park, Hue City People's Committee held the opening ceremony of the 3rd Hue City Traditional Boat Racing Competition, aiming to celebrate the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the 78th anniversary of the traditional day of the Vietnamese Sports sector, and the 49th anniversary of Thua Thien Hue's liberation day. This is also one of the activities responding to Hue Festival 2024.

Not only well known in the “kite map” as a kite maker whose giant kites have flown in many parts of the world, Nguyen Dang Hoang is also considered a unique kite flier as he has made countless original kites, creating his own brand name “Hoang’s Kite.” Among them, his dragon kite, a symbol of power,_ made with Hoang’s skillful hands then hovered in the sky at shows and international festivals made many people admire.
