On the afternoon of November 21st, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) held a workshop titled: “Solutions to Improve the Qualifications of Research work force, Technology, and Business Management Personnel to Apply and Master High Technology and Advanced Technology in Order to Increase Productivity and Quality of Key Products in the City, Aiming toward Developing National Products”. On November 19, Hue City Department of Health held a working session with a survey delegation from the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) to study and collect information for the development of the project of “Central Vietnam Healthcare Network Development”. This is considered an important initial step toward forming a large-scale cooperation project aimed at strengthening the healthcare system capacity in the Central region.

On the afternoon of November 15, the Department of Education and Training (DOET) held an online training session on developing digital competence (DC) for high school students, in accordance with Circular 02/2025/TT-BGDDT and other directives guiding the implementation of the Ministry of Education and Training’s Digital Competence Framework. ​

This was among the key outcomes shared at the Conference on Reviewing the Implementation of Resolution 05/2019/NQ-HDND issued by the Provincial People’s Council (now Hue City People’s Council) on policies supporting community-based tourism (CBT) development in Thua Thien Hue Province (now Hue City) through 2025. The conference, organized by the Department of Tourism on the morning of November 12th, gathered representatives from departments, agencies, and 40 communes and wards across the city.
