Huong River water exceeds 2022 flood peak

On the morning of 15/11, the flood water of the Huong River at Kim Long ward reached +4.2 m, 0.7 m higher than alert level 3. The flood situation is still complex as the water level of the Huong River is forecasted to rise to +4.5m, exceeding alert level 3 by 1m, surpassing the 2022 flood peak.
