On April 1st, the Traffic Police Division of Hue City Police reported that it had promptly received information, verified the case, and assisted two foreign tourists in recovering their misplaced property, ensuring a quick, safe, and regulation-compliant process. ​

On the afternoon of March 30th, Hue Central Hospital announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MicroPort MedBot (China) and Hanoi Foreign Medical (HFM) to establish the first Vietnam-China Robotic Surgery Training Center in Vietnam. To meet the demand for updating knowledge and enhancing professional capacity for medical staff, Hue Central Hospital recently launched a series of large-scale and continuous training courses in March 2026, attracting a significant number of trainees from various healthcare facilities across the country.

Without the need for large-scale promotional campaigns, many young people are turning to social media as their own way to tell stories about Hue. From short videos and everyday imagery to artistic projects, the image of the former imperial capital is gradually reaching the public in a more vivid and relatable way.

Tam Giang - Cau Hai Lagoon system in Hue City is the largest brackish water ecosystem in Southeast Asia, stretching 68 km, covering a total water surface area of approximately 216 km2. The area is renowned for its poetic sunsets, rich biodiversity, and serves as a popular destination for eco-tourism, photography, and enjoying local seafood specialties.

From March 24 to 26, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, in collaboration with the Arpan Global (the USA), organizes a community health screening and consultation program at the university campus, the university hospital, and the City Social Work Center and Children’s Protection Fund.

As Hue undergoes a strong transformation toward a sustainable heritage - culture - tourism urban model, developing the night-time economy has become a practical necessity. The question, then, is how Hue should approach the night-time economy in a way that is both effective and civilized, while still preserving the “essence” of an Ancient Capital.
