On April 22, the project “Hue - A plastic-reduced smart city in Central Vietnam” project (TVA project), in collaboration with the City Department of Education and Training, organized the award ceremony and closing event for the “Global citizens, leading plastic reduction” contest.

Associate Professor Hoang Anh Tien, PhD., MD., (46 years old), Director of the Cardiovascular Center and Head of the Department of Internal Cardiology at Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, has officially been awarded the title of the youngest professor in the medical field in 2025. For Professor Tien, being recognized as one of the youngest professors in medicine this year is a great honor; at the same time, this carries an even greater responsibility, as this milestone reminds him to continually maintain passion and dedication across all aspects of his work.

At an age when many children are still learning basic letters and arithmetic, Nguyen Ha Bao Ngoc, a student from class 3/6 at Le Loi Primary School (Hue City), has left many adults in awe with a remarkable collection of nearly 90 medals, trophies, and awards across multiple fields, earned at domestic and international competitions.
