On June 19th, a working delegation from Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee, led by Vice Chairwoman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee Vuong Ngoc Ha, had a meeting with Hue City People's Committee to exchange experience in heritage management, preservation, and promotion in connection with tourism development and cultural industries.

On the morning of June 16, Hue Central Hospital officially launched the 2026 “Comprehensive Orthodontics Training Course,” which aims at meeting the growing demand for updated knowledge and enhanced professional capacity among healthcare personnel working at medical facilities nationwide.

After graduating with a law degree and working in Hanoi for some time, Ho Thuong Liu (born in 1993) decided to return to A Luoi 1 Commune to start his own business. Drawing on the A Lin Stream that was part of his childhood, he developed a community-based tourism model centered on stilt houses, local cuisine, and the cultural traditions of the Bru - Van Kieu people. From a once-pristine and lesser-known destination, A Lin Stream has gradually attracted visitors, contributing to the livelihoods of local residents in the highlands.

On the afternoon of June 13, the Hue City People’s Committee Office announced that, as part of an official visit to Hungary, a delegation from Hue City led by Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, carried out a working session with the Vietnamese Embassy in Hungary and met with the Vietnamese community and overseas Vietnamese businesses to promote cooperation, attract investment, and expand foreign relations. ​

The visit and working trip of the delegation from Nara Prefecture, Japan, to Hue is expected to create new opportunities for cooperation, further strengthening the friendship between the two localities as well as between Vietnam and Japan.

On June 12th, at Hue Central Hospital, a delegation from Yokosuka Kyosai Hospital attended a working session and professional exchange as part of the long-term physician training cooperation program between the two institutions, which has been maintained for nearly a decade.

On June 11th, Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, held a working session with a South Korean delegation. The meeting aimed to promote cooperation in transportation and urban infrastructure projects while exploring the application of the transit-oriented development (TOD) model associated with Vietnam’s North-South High-Speed Railway.

On June 9th, a delegation of South Korean businesses led by Professor Heather J.Y. Greene of Koshin University of Medicine visited and attended a working session with Hue City People's Committee. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Tran Huu Thuy Giang, Member of the City Party Committee and Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee.

On the afternoon of June 3, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Ha Van Tuan had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Hiroshi OMURA, Director of Shizuoka City Environment Bureau, and a delegation from Shizuoka City (Japan), during their visit and working trip in Hue.

On June 2nd, the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with Care for Children organization, held a working session on the implementation of a project to strengthen family-based alternative care for children in special circumstances during the 2026 - 2028 period in Hue. The program is expected to help improve the effectiveness of child protection and care efforts, enabling children to live in safe, stable, and loving family environments.
