After more than 10 days of activities, Hue Spring Festival of the year of the Horse 2026, themed “Identity and Integration” organized by the People’s Committee of Hue City, officially concluded on the afternoon of February 21 (the 5th day of the Lunar January) at Ly Tu Trong Park (Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

On the afternoon of February 10, Hue Spring Festival in the Year of the Horse 2026, themed “Identity and Integration”, officially opened at Ly Tu Trong Park along the bank of the Huong River on Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward. The event is organized by Hue City People's Committee.

According to Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, Huyen Tran Temple Festival for the Spring of Binh Ngo 2026, themed “Honoring the Ancestors - Sacred Imprints of Territorial Expansion”, will be held on the 8th and 9th days of the first lunar month of the Year of the Horse (corresponding to February 24-25, 2026) at Huyen Tran Cultural Center (151 Thien Thai Street, An Cuu Ward, Hue City).

On the morning of February 1, at the space located at 23-25 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward, Thuan Hoa Ward Public Service Center, in coordination with Hue Book and Culture Club, organized the “Thuan Hoa - Binh Ngo 2026” Festival under the theme “Dung dang dung de - Welcoming Spring in Joy and Good Health”.

From February 7 to 15, 2026 (corresponding to the 20th to 28th days of the Lunar December of the Year of At Ty), the People’s Committee of Hoa Chau Ward will organize the “Hoa Chau Tet Festival” along Bao Vinh Pedestrian Street. The event will feature a wide range of distinctive cultural and community activities, helping to create a lively and joyful atmosphere for residents in celebration of the traditional Tet holiday of Binh Ngo 2026.

To create a joyful and vibrant atmosphere before, during, and after the Lunar New Year of the Horse (Binh Ngo) 2026, Thuan Hoa Ward will organize the Thuan Hoa Spring Festival Binh Ngo 2026 at Hue Book and Culture Space (23 - 25 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward). The program, themed “Dung dang dung de - Welcoming Spring in joy and good health”, will take place on February 1.

“An voc, hoc hay” (Eat well, Study well) was the theme of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Festival, organized by Vietnam Heritage Education in coordination with Journeys in Hue and Chan Restaurant on the morning of November 30 at 19 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Hue City.

Under the theme “Hue Spring Festival 2026 - Identity and integration”, Hue Spring Flower Festival 2026 will be held at Ly Tu Trong Park, Thuong Bac Park, Kim Long Park (the area opposite Kim Long communal house), 3/2 Park, and at various green spaces and streets in the city.

The Shuttlecock Kicking Tournament of the 10th Hue City Sports Festival (2025–2026) opened on the morning of October 15 at Canh Buom Sport Hall (100 Pham Van Dong Street), bringing together 51 athletes from Hue University, Binh Dien Commune, Phu Xuan Ward, and Phu Bai Ward to compete.

In response to the series of activities within the framework of the Autumn Festival themed “Hue in Autumn” of the National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025, the Department of Tourism, in coordination with Hue Monuments Conservation Center and the People’s Committee of Phu Xuan Ward, is preparing a variety of exciting programs for locals and visitors. Among them, the most anticipated highlight is the Unicorn-Lion-Dragon Dance Festival, Hue Unicorn dance performances, and the Mid-Autumn Lantern Parade through the streets in 2025.

The street festival themed “Cultural Colors”, within the framework of Hue International Art Festival Week 2024, attracted the participation of hundreds of artists from over 15 domestic and international art troupes and groups.

The painting street during the Hue Festival was initiated in 2010 and has now become an indispensable playground for artists in a city with a rich culture like the Ancient Capital. This is also an interesting highlight for the community during Hue Festival.
