On the afternoon of April 7, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony was held at the City People's Committee Office between Hue City People's Committee and the Pacific Construction Group (China), marking a new phase of cooperation in attracting investment and developing urban infrastructure.

Alongside activities that support and accompany businesses and investors in accessing project information and related procedures, Hue City also places emphasis on signing memoranda of understanding (MoUs) and strategic cooperation agreements with major investors to build a foundation for long-term engagement between the government and investors.

On the afternoon of March 30th, Hue Central Hospital announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MicroPort MedBot (China) and Hanoi Foreign Medical (HFM) to establish the first Vietnam-China Robotic Surgery Training Center in Vietnam. On the afternoon of March 12th, the Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development Project in Vietnam officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with two leading tourism training institutions in central Vietnam: the School of Hospitality and Tourism - Hue University and Hue Tourism College.
