Due Son, also known as Mount Le, Mount Re or Mount Ke, has a slightly pointed shape and beautiful form. The Eastern side of the mountain rests on Ta Trach Lake. The mountain is like a guardian god, standing at the upstream source of the Huong River, protecting the land where the Temple of Literature and the Temple of Martial Arts Saint are located.

After a period of phase 2 excavation of the Mount Ban relic, experts have discovered many more layers of foundation, sandstone, broken bricks... From these discoveries, it can be determined that the altar of heaven in Mount Ban in the Tay Son period had a simple construction technique, taking advantage of the natural rocky terrain.

Responding to the World Environment Day (June 5) with the theme “Solution for Plastic Waste”, the International Day of Biodiversity and the Month of Action for the Environment 2023, on the morning of June 4, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment coordinated with the People’s Committee of Phu Loc district, Thach Son Fisheries Association (Loc Dien, Phu Loc), etc., to release 80.000 fingerlings of tiger prawns and over 14.000 rabbitfishes into the Da Dam and Da Mieu fisheries conservation areas belonging to Tam Giang – Cau Hai Lagoon.
