The Hue Festival 2025 Pickleball Tournament kicked off on the morning of July 19th at Louis Pickleball Court, 68A Hoang Quoc Viet Street. This event is one of 11 competitions within the “Hue Sports Festival 2025”, the third community health sports festival.

The 1st Hue City Yoga Open Tournament officially opened on the evening of July 12 at the square opposite Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted. This event marked the beginning of Hue Sports Festival 2025.

On the morning of July 2nd, Hue City Youth Activity Center hosted the 2nd Open Youth Taekwondo Tournament - 2025.

The 2025 National Karate Championship kicked off on the morning of June 26 at the Central Sports Arena in Hue City. The championship aims to select outstanding athletes to prepare the next generation for the 33rd SEA Games, ASIAD, and Olympics.

The 2025 Asian Jujitsu Championship officially kicked off from May 23rd to 26th in Jordan. Among the eight Vietnamese athletes competing in, Hue Jujitsu contributed one representative who delivered an unexpected performance.

Stage 9 from Truong Tien to Phu Xuan, part of the “United Homeland” cycling race for the 37th Ho Chi Minh City Television Cup 2025, kicked off on the morning of April 12 at Tu Tuong Park (Le Loi Street), following the award ceremony for athletes with top results in Stage 8 from Quang Binh to Hue City.

On the morning of March 16, the 2025 National Swimming – Diving Championship for the 25m pool officially kicked off at the pool of the Hue City Sports Center (No. 2 Le Quy Don St.), attracting the participation of a great number of athletes and audiences all over the country.

The opening of the Co Do (Ancient Capital) Modern Dance and Folk-Dance Cup took place on November 24th, 2024, at the gymnasium of Hue University’s Faculty of Physical Education. The event attracted 300 athletes from 25 dance and folk-dance clubs across the province.

Thua Thien Hue Sports boasts excellent generations of athletes, contributing to the honor of their homeland. Many of them are especially “Gold” girls.

Aside from contributing to earning Hue sports fame, the team of athletes who are the national team’s members is also a resource for the long-term and sustainable development of the provincial sports.
