The exhibition titled “Ngoc xuat danh son” showcases a multitude of artifacts crafted from precious jade, organized by the Nguyen Dynasty Commissioned Porcelain Museum (114 Mai Thuc Loan, Hue City). It opened on the morning of November 21st, attracting a large audience of researchers, antique collectors, and the public.

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of Vietnam - France diplomatic relations, Jean-Charles Sarrazin, an artist, conducted an instructive discussion on illustration and hands-on drawing session for students of Thuan Hoa High School at the French Institute in Hue, located at No.1 Le Hong Phong Street (Hue City).

Considered the first digital art space in Vietnam, Songlab (Ba Trieu Street, Hue City) is a place where art lovers can enjoy massive works that artists used technology for experiencing performance. In this space, people seem to be immersed in a colorful artistic world of modern technology.

Born in 1989, with a love for painting since childhood, in 2010, Le Duy Ngoc left his hometown of Tuyen Hoa, Quang Binh, for Hue to nurture his passion for art and pursue the path of realizing his dreams.

Ranking first and second in the province, alongside the appearance of many excellent martial arts students, Phong Dien District has been known as the "cradle" of Taekwondo in Thua Thien Hue.

On the morning of October 24, the Hue Green Hub officially launched and came into operation. The Hue Green Hub was formed within the framework of the initiative “KODO Complex of Education – Arts”, which was funded by the project Hue – A City to Reduce Plastic in the Central Region of Vietnam/WWF-Vietnam and received the sponsorship of the Hue Innovation Hub.

On October 20, the first large-scale digital art experience space in Vietnam, named "Sốnglab", was officially launched to serve residents and visitors at the Sốngplatform building (Hue City).

On September 26th, at Duyet Thi Duong theater, Hue Monuments Conservation Centre, in collaboration with Thua Thien Hue Stage Artists Association, organized the celebration of Vietnamese Theater Day (on August 12th in lunar calendar).

The above goal was proposed and discussed by experts at the conference "UNESCO Creative Cities Network and the ability to transform cultural resources in Hue" organized by the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts coordinated with the Institute for Development Studies of Thua Thien Hue province on the morning of September 22 in Hue city.

On the afternoon of September 22, within the framework of the Hue Innovation Day 2023 Forum, the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts Studies collaborated with the Thua Thien Hue Institute for Development Studies to organize a scientific workshop entitled “Thua Thien Hue - A distinctive cultural heritage city of Vietnam, sustainable development through green growth, and adaptation to climate change.”
