Reaching Hue to perform for the first time on the occasion of the Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023, the Belgian Namur stilt art troupe received enthusiastic cheer and welcome from tourists and locals. On April 20, Hoang Tuan Long, an architect from Ho Chi Minh City, confirmed that he would continue to implement the volunteer community project of the work "Map of Vietnam" made from giang toothpicks at the BOARC exhibition – the Exhibition of handmade creative designs, which is due to take place from April 28 to May 5 (within the framework of Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023).

The event is held in Hue with an aim to contribute to stimulating local tourism and promoting the image of the people and landscapes of Hue City to international friends so as to develop the local economy.

According to the Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, the Hue Nam Temple (Hon Chen Temple) Festival will take place in two days, from April 21 to 22 (on the second and the third day of the third month in Lunar calendar).

In response to the Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day, on the morning of April 18, Hue Monuments Conservation Center opened the exhibition “Preserving the Historical Vestige – Discovering Tang Tho Lau (Archive Pavilion)”.
