The People's Committee of Hue City has just launched a news and art photo contest with the theme "Hue - A friendly land", with the aims to propagate and promote beautiful images of culture, civilized lifestyle, landscape, environment and people of Hue, who are friendly and hospitable, to domestic and international visitors and friends.

"The friendship between patriotic figure Phan Boi Chau and Doctor Asaba Sakitaro, and the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Japan" is the theme of a thematic exhibition, which has just been opened to the public on the morning of July 14 at Phan Boi Chau memorial site (at 119 Phan Boi Chau Street, Hue City).
