On the afternoon of November 4th, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, Mr. Phan Thien Dinh, together with the Standing Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, received a donation of 1 billion VND from Cotana Group to support post-flood recovery efforts.
