With the goal of building environmentally friendly Green Transport infrastructure, in line with the overall economic development orientation of the province in the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, on June 14, Hue Monuments Conservation Center and Gbike Co., Ltd. (South Korea) signed a cooperation agreement to implement a green transport project in the relic area to exploit and promote the values of Hue relics.

From May 21st -29th, a delegation from Hue City, led by Deputy Secretary of Hue City’s Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, Vo Le Nhat, visited Lausanne, Switzerland, to attend the general assembly of the International Association of Francophone Mayors (AIMF). The delegation also signed a cooperation agreement with Namur, Belgium, and held meetings with EURASIA Association in Switzerland and the city of Blois in France.

On August 10, Hue Industrial College (HueIC) had a meeting to exchange, discuss, and sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on cooperation with Gifu Kosen College and Tsuruoka School from Japan.

On July 28, Asia Education's office in Hue signed a cooperation agreement on vocational training program in Australia between Asia Education (Daystar Group) and Royal Greenhill Institute of Technology (RGIT) Australia.

On the morning of April 1, the Provincial People's Committee and the Vietnam Association of Architects signed a cooperation agreement in the field of planning - architecture in the province.
