A publication set, titled "Mysterious Hue", consists of three books namely: “Hue, the mystery” (by Louis Chochod), “Gia Long Mausoleum” (by Léopold Cadière), and “The collection of maps and sites in Hue Imperial City” (by Henri Cosserat and Léopold Cadière).

On August 20, 1983, Ca Hue Club (belonging to Hue Cultural House) officially came into being and was based in a small house at 47 Tran Hung Dao St. (presently Phu Xuan Bookstore.)

While the article about the book "Echoes of the Truong Son" (Thuan Hoa Publishing House, 2023) was being prepared when I included it in the collection of essays "Life's Many Paths" (Writers Association Publishing House, 2023), from Ho Chi Minh City, Mrs. Dam Thu continuously sent touching feedback to Hue about the work that she had just "poured her efforts" into completing.

Apart from antiquities, ancient books and documents under the Nguyen Dynasty are invaluable and need to be collected, researched and introduced to the public.

On July 5, the Provincial General Library held a final round of the 2023 Children’s Painting according to Books Competition with the theme “Ao dai and Heritage”.

Although Hue is a land known for its numerous national-scale libraries and archives, the work of Tang Tho Lau (or Tang Thu Lau - Archive Pavilion) - also known as Lau Tang Tho (or Tang Thu), is still considered a rare “Treasure of the Ancients” of the monarchy period that has been remarkably preserved.

Through the articles, Prof. Dr. Thai Kim Lan’s critical thinking about philosophy, Buddhism, popular culture, and especially the Hue lifestyle are clearly shown. Also, readers can follow the author's emotional flow to be immersed in familiar yet strange spaces, meetwith historical witnesses, and feel the subtle characteristics of the various lands.

On the occasion of Vietnam's 2nd Book and Reading Culture Day, on the morning of April 22, the provincial People's Committee held a meeting with publishers and publishing companies to listen to feedbacks and suggestions for the development of the Hue Bookcase project.

This was what the Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang affirmed at the opening ceremony of the 2nd Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2023 on the afternoon of April 21 at Quoc Tu Giam.

On the occasion of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day 2023, on the morning of April 19, Hue Monuments Conservation Center opened an exhibition of rare books and introduced the work "Ngự chế minh văn cổ khí đồ" by Emperor Minh Mang.
