Thua Thien Hue reinforces its border guard forces to meet new demands

Crime prevention activities on the A Luoi border have been strengthened
Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Phan Ngoc Tho praised the outstanding achievements of the border guard force and suggested the Border Guard High Command to report to the Defense Ministry to submit a petition and proposal to the Central Party, the National Assembly, and the Government to have a legal framework for developing the Border Guard force to meet the requirements and tasks in the new period.
At the conference, the Border Guard High Command rewarded 2 collectives and 2 individuals; and the Provincial People's Committee rewarded 10 collectives and 15 individuals. The provincial Emulation and Reward Committee also submitted proposals to the Government to reward 1 collective and 1 individual, and to the Ministry of Defense to reward 1 collective and 1 individual.
