Sea tourism is the strength of the three districts of Phu Loc, Phu Vang and Huong Tra

Those are the Perfume River exploring tour; snorkeling at Son Cha - Ngoc Island and camping at Lang Co tour; lagoons and villages tour; cycling and snorkeling tours; tours of blacksmithing experience and enjoying local cuisine, and a bunch of community tours to explore the countryside around Hue city.

The tourism potential and strength of the localities in Thua Thien Hue are very great, as Phu Loc has the "triangle" of Bach Ma - Canh Duong - Lang Co, along with the tourist streams; Phu Vang has famous traditional craft villages in Phu Mau, with sea and lagoons; especially Thuan An beach is just 15 minutes by motorbike from Hue city. In addition, Huong Tra town is home to many architectural constructions, beautiful landscapes, tombs of Gia Long and Minh Mang, Hon Chen temple, Bao Vinh ancient town, Ru Cha ... With these advantages, together with the new products, Thua Thien Hue’s tourism is expected to attract more tourists, especially sea and lagoon tourism combined with ecotourism, community tourism and experiential tour of traditional villages.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc, Deputy Director of Department of Tourism, said that based on the idea of these new products and tours, the department will continue to accompany the businesses and localities to solve difficulties in implementing the new products. The department will also provide support in promoting the products to tourists.
