H. has been consulted and treated with high doses of chemical therapy and autologous stem cell transplantation by a team of specialized doctors from related departments of Hue Central Hospital and his life was saved after 32 days (since his admission).

Prof. Dr. Pham Nhu Hiep, Director of Hue Central Hospital, said that the hospital was the third unit to successfully implement this technique after the National Hospital of Pediatrics and Hospital of Hematology and Blood Transfusion in Ho Chi Minh City.
