Hue to host 2025 National Sports Games for General Education Students
HNN.VN - Nearly 2,000 students from provinces and cities across the country will gather in Hue City to participate in 2025 National Sports Games for General Education Students, taking place from June 8 to 16.

2025 National Sports Games for General Education Students is organized by the Ministry of Education and Training in coordination with Hue City People’s Committee. This year, the event involves nearly 2,000 general education students and continuing education learners in the age of 18 and under, studying at educational institutions nationwide.
The opening ceremony will take place at Hue Stadium, including competitions in football, basketball, swimming, athletics, and Vovinam for primary, secondary, and high school students.
The 2025 National Sports Games for General Education Students is a nationwide school sports event aimed at promoting physical fitness, encouraging regular practice and competition in various sports to improve health, develop physical strength, and contribute to students’ comprehensive education.
This event also celebrates the 80th anniversary of the education sector’s tradition, while serving to identify and nurture national representatives to participate in the 2025 Southeast Asian School Sports Federation Games held in Brunei.
