Through visits and encouragement activities, the delegation and participants expressed deep concern and support for the Naval Service, as well as for the soldiers and civilians in the Truong Sa Special Administrative Area and at the DK1 Platform. This contributes to strengthening trust and motivation for the Vietnam People’s Navy to grow stronger and remain steadfast as the core force in safeguarding national maritime sovereignty, while also serving as a reliable support for fishermen to confidently venture out to sea, maintain their presence at sea, and develop the economy in association with protecting national sovereignty.

The sound of waves echoing at the end of the homeland

I have fully lived through those precious, unforgettable moments - moments where I could touch the echoing sound of waves that bear the names of the DK1 platform soldiers who now rest in the depths of the sea. It was to convey, in the most genuine way, the bravery and steadfastness of these soldiers who have become unshakable fortresses guarding the sea and sky of our homeland.

Command from sea and islands

On the business trip, I recorded my emotions of the naval soldiers with all my heart. The trip covered the reporters from many central and local newspapers, radio stations, and the Naval Region 3 working delegation, who boarded the ship KN-390 patrolling the sea to visit and extend New Year's greetings to officers, soldiers and people on Con Co and Ly Son islands.

Due to the influence of recent rains and storms, many rice areas of people in Dong Son, Lam Dot, A Roang and Huong Phong communes (A Luoi district) fell down, leading to the risk of sprouting and being damaged if they were not harvested in time.
