In the context of digital transformation and the rapid development of technology, particularly artificial intelligence (AI), the field of medicine is undergoing a profound period of innovation. Modern technologies are not only transforming methods of diagnosis and treatment but also opening up opportunities to enhance the quality of education and biomedical research.

Science Café is part of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy’s 2025 digital transformation initiative, in line with Resolution 57 of the Politburo, which identifies science, technology, and innovation as key drivers for national development. The event serves as an open academic forum, a space where knowledge converges, thought is expanded, and new ideas take shape.

At the event, delegates presented reports on digital transformation and AI applications in medicine, including: AI in supporting clinical diagnosis and treatment, AI in biomedical assistance, IoT & AI in medical imaging: Current status, challenges, and opportunities. In addition, many participants actively engaged in vibrant discussions, exploring further topics of interest during an open discussion session.
