151 Nguyen Truong To scholarships awarded to Hue University students

On July 25, the Youth Union of the University of Medicine & Pharmacy, Hue University, held the launch ceremony for the 2026 Green Summer Volunteer Campaign, drawing the participation of over 300 youth union members and student volunteers.

To advance the education development goals set out in Politburo Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW, National Assembly Resolution No. 248/2025/QH15, and Government Decree No. 271/2026/ND-CP on free textbooks for general education, the city’s leaders have approved a policy to provide free textbooks to all students across the city starting from the 2026-2027 academic year.

Hue University is at a juncture of opportunity and development requirements on its journey toward becoming a National University before 2030. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Vu Quoc Huy, Acting President of Hue University, shared with Hue Today Weekly the strategic directions and key solutions for achieving this goal.

On the morning of July 11, the Standing Committee of Hue University’s Youth Union and the Executive Committee of Hue University’s Student Association held a send-off ceremony for the 2026 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign, combined with activities in response to the “Green Sunday” movement, cleaning up the grounds of Hue University Planning Area.

On July 10, the University of Arts, Hue University, held a send-off ceremony for the 2026 Green Summer Volunteer Campaign, with the participation of nearly 60 volunteer Youth Union members and students.
