Promoting the value of President Ho Chi Minh’s heritage in Hue

The above information was announced at the Conference to implement the 2026 work program of Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City, held on the morning of January 16th.

According to the leaders of Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City, the unit identifies the reception and guidance of visitors as a key task in its communication activities, aimed at promoting the value of the system of President Ho Chi Minh heritage sites in Hue City.

The Museum consistently focuses on diversifying forms of communication, strengthening promotion, and gradually renewing exhibition content and methods.

In 2025, the unit welcomed more than 128.000 visitor arrivals to the Museum, relic sites, and mobile communication points; advised on and organized flower-offering and incense-offering ceremonies at the Museum and relic sites on major holidays and anniversaries throughout the year.

The museum organized and coordinated six themed exhibitions, focusing on the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, his role in the Vietnamese revolutionary cause, as well as the revolutionary struggle movements of the Party organization and people of Hue City across different historical periods.

Also in 2025, the Museum researched, developed outlines, and organized exhibitions such as: “Cultural Heritage Space Commemorating President Ho Chi Minh in Hue”; “Uncle Ho and Hue – Memory and Faith”; “The Party’s Call That Stirred Hearts”; “Traditional Hue Households”; “Hue Journalism in the Flow of Vietnam’s Revolutionary Press”… At the same time, it coordinated research and the preparation of dossiers proposing the classification of five relic sites.

At the conference, Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City also announced key tasks for 2026. Specifically, it aims to welcome more than 130,000 visitors, including 9.000-10.000 international visitors. It will organize incense-offering and flower-offering activities, Party, Youth Union, and Young Pioneer induction ceremonies, and political events at the Museum and the relic system thoughtfully and solemnly, thereby contributing to spreading the ideological, moral, and stylistic values of President Ho Chi Minh.

The Museum will build and organize three themed exhibitions, implement mobile exhibitions inside and outside the city, and organize experiential activities and historical-cultural education programs at relic sites commemorating President Ho Chi Minh.
