All the information introduced by Google Arts & Culture is the result of the cooperation between Hue Monuments Conservation Center and CyArt Company (USA), implemented in September 2018. Through this partnership, CyArt supported Hue Monuments Conservation Center to digitize relics of Tu Duc tomb and An Dinh palace. As for Tu Duc tomb, CyArt did not scan the whole mausoleum area but only focussed on the two works which are Hoa Khiem palace and the tomb.

Google and CyArt are partnerships in the Open Heritage project, which aims to introduce 26 cultural heritages in 18 different countries around the world and preserve historical sites in digital form. Google Art & Culture is an application that helps users discover world cultural heritages with virtual reality technology. In addition to national history, the application can also provide access to pictures, sculptures, and images of the entire city with the naked eye or through a VR device.
