At the working session, Mr. Hoang Viet Trung affirmed that Hue is ready to closely coordinate with the NDA on professional and technical activities to accelerate the scale of digital transformation, gradually turning heritage data into a resource for sustainable development. He emphasized that managing, preserving, and leveraging heritage value through modern technology is an inevitable trend, and also opens up many opportunities to promote the culture of Vietnam and Hue Ancient Capital to the world.

From the NDA's side, Major General Nguyen Ngoc Cuong highly praised the position of the Complex of Hue Monuments within the treasure trove of Vietnamese cultural heritage. He cited the Politburo resolutions such as the Resolution 57-NQ/TW (December 22, 2024) and the Resolution 71-NQ/TW (August 22, 2025) as a legal basis for the digital transformation of heritage. He also introduced some of the Association's pilot technology solutions for identifying, storing, and preserving artifacts, considering them an important foundation for building a national database.

In the direction of cooperation, the NDA proposed several initiatives, including digitizing relics and artifacts, building data maps, and leveraging tourist behavior data to develop tourism services. The cooperation also focuses on supporting data architecture, training human resources in information security, organizing specialized seminars, and connecting with international experts.

The two sides agreed to a long-term cooperation, focused on building data infrastructure and an open information portal, as well as working toward the formation of a National Database on Hue heritage. At the same time, training high-quality human resources and improving management and conservation capacity were also included in the cooperation plan.

The meeting opened up a new direction for digital transformation in the conservation of Hue Ancient Capital's heritage, laying the foundation to gradually integrate the ancient capital's cultural treasures into the digital economy era, while contributing to the implementation of the national data development strategy and spreading Vietnamese cultural values to the world.
