Community Ao dai Week to take place in early July
HNN.VN - According to the information from the Provincial People's Committee on May 30, Hue Community Ao dai Week 2023 will take place from July 6 to 12.

This is an activity to exploit the strengths, brands and the unique cultural values of Hue ao dai, building tourism images of Hue associated with the ao dai, as well as stimulating the development of tourism.
The event aims to honor Hue ao dai, and Ao dai Vietnam, affirming the brand name of "Hue - the Capital of Ao dai", contributing to the propaganda and promotion of Hue culture in association with tourism promotion, at the same time, effectively implementing the project on "Hue - the Capital of Ao dai" step by step.
Within the program of this event, there are several activities such as the launching ceremony and a bicycle parade with the banner of Hue Community Ao dai Week 2023, organizing a pilgrimage group to offer incense to Lord Nguyen Phuc Khoat, and a parade on August 23rd Street before entering the Imperial Citadel to attend the ceremony of gratitude, flower offering, and incense offering at Trieu To Temple.
In addition, there are community activities with the themes including "Ao dai and the space for performance", and "Ao dai and life"; and a seminar with the theme "The development direction of Hue Ao dai in contemporary life", etc.
