Thua Thien Hue ranked sixth in the PCI for 2022

The 2022 PCI report is built upon the feedback from 11,872 businesses, including 10,590 private enterprises and 1,282 FDI enterprises operating in Vietnam.

According to the Organizing Committee of the announcement ceremony, since its inception in 2005, a total of 176,496 businesses have participated in the PCI survey, reflecting the diverse aspects of Vietnam's business environment. According to this year's PCI results, Quang Ninh, Bac Giang, Hai Phong, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, and Dong Thap are respectively ranked as the localities with high-quality economic management.

Ranking 6th, Thua Thien Hue has climbed two places compared to 2021.

Thua Thien Hue has received a score of 69.36, being one among the top-performing provinces in the country. This index partly reflects the acknowledgement by the business community of the province's efforts in implementing solutions for effective administrative reform and fostering a fairer business environment.

So far, administrative reform has been well implemented in the province, meeting the basic needs and efficiently resolving administrative transactions for organizations and individuals. State management agencies regularly review and simplify, systemize, and shorten the process and the time for handling administrative procedures.

The specialized agencies regularly advise the Provincial People's Committee to promptly issue decisions to announce standardized administrative procedures in specialized management functions at all levels and sectors. Administrative reform procedure is closely linked with the controlling and thorough reviewing of the one-door mechanism and interconnected one-door mechanism, as well as improving the quality of administrative services in all areas under their management.

The publication of administrative procedures on the portals/websites of agencies, units, and mass media is always focused.
