| Leaders of the City Tax Department and Sacombank, Hue Branch signing an agreement on cooperation |
Under the cooperation agreement, Sacombank will coordinate with Hue City Tax Department to implement activities that guide and support household businesses in understanding and complying with current tax policies and regulations. The bank will also accompany Hue City Tax Department in organizing conferences, seminars and programs to promote the digital transformation journey…
Additionally, Sacombank will provide financial solutions, tools to optimize customers’ cash flow and revenue management systems, as well as connect household business accounts with reputable payment software providers, thereby creating favorable conditions for household businesses in their digital transformation.
Within the framework of the cooperation, Sacombank will also collaborate with Hue City Tax Department to provide solutions, guidance materials, support tools, and appropriate service packages to accompany household businesses in their digital transformation, particularly in shifting from the presumptive tax method to the declaration-based tax method. Both sides will coordinate in communication and dissemination of tax regulations, while providing consultation, technical support, and technological solutions to help household businesses carry out digital transformation, improve management efficiency, and ensure compliance with tax obligations.

Mr. Doan Vi Tuyen, Head of the City Tax Department, emphasized that Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Communist Party of Vietnam Politburo on private sector development affirms that the private economy is one of the most important driving forces of the national economy. It is also considered a pioneering force in advancing science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation, contributing to the successful implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo and other policies and guidelines of the Party.
Accordingly, promoting the development of the private sector, including supporting household businesses in transitioning into enterprises, is considered an important task. Alongside assisting household businesses in shifting from the presumptive tax model to the declaration-based tax method, Hue City Tax Department has also signed cooperation agreements with commercial banks and solution providers to support household businesses in accessing technology and digitizing their business operations, thereby creating a more transparent and business-friendly environment.
