Maximum support for Deawon Group's project deployment

HNN.VN - On the afternoon of January 15th, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a courtesy meeting with the Chairman of Deawon Group (South Korea).

Chairman Nguyen Van Phuong pledges maximum support for investors 

At the meeting, Deawon Group proposed a project for an eco-resort and urban tourism area in Huong Tho commune, Hue City, and the area belonging to Huong Tra town.

The proposed project covers an area of 282.46 hectares, with Huong Tho commune of Hue City accounting for 231 hectares and the area belonging to Hương Tra town covering 50 hectares. The project suggests 7 main functional areas and 1 supporting functional area.

Mr. Cheun Eung Sik, Chairman of Deawon Group, stated that Deawon Group is one of the major investors from South Korea. Currently, the group has invested in various provinces and cities in Vietnam, playing a crucial role in the development process.

Mr. Cheun Eung Sik expressed gratitude for the support of the provincial leaders and affirmed the dedication of the group to Vietnam, including Thua Thien Hue. He hopes that the provincial leaders will facilitate regular connections between tourists and Korean investors to Hue. The eco-resort and urban tourism project is expected to commence later this year.

Chairman Nguyen Van Phuong appreciated the group's interest in investment projects in the province and committed to providing maximum support for investors if the projects aligned with the province's conditions.

Regarding the Deawon Group's planned project in Thua Thien Hue, Chairman Nguyen Van Phuong emphasized that the province and relevant agencies will accompany the group throughout the project implementation process. Efforts will be made to complete procedures to commence the project as soon as possible.
