During the survey, the SMC representatives discussed in detail the implementation progress of the project. Discussions focused on key issues, including completing legal procedures, allocating capital, detailed planning, site clearance, and investment in interconnected technical infrastructure in the area.

Previously, in November 2025, the Department of Finance announced the project with a scale of approximately 177.74 hectares in the (former) Dien Hoa area, with an estimated total investment of 873 billion VND. The project is considered one of the large-scale tourism-service projects, contributing to the diversification of tourism products, and gradually elevating the locality’s position in the city’s tourism development strategy.
