At least 12-15 major projects to be launched in 2020
HNN.VN - The Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 577/QD-UBND on approving the list of projects to be launched in 2020 and key projects that need to be speeded up in 2020.
Accordingly, there are 21 transition projects, of which the investors have been chosen, including 12 projects outside the provincial economic and industrial zone and nine projects in the provincial economic and industrial zone. Currently, the project of constructing a factory processing low-iron sand and quartz powder with high quality (Hue Premium Silica) in Phong Dien has a total investment of VND 588 billion. It is invested by Hue Premium Silica Co. Ltd., and was started on February 18. The Commercial apartment building in Dong Nam Thuy An urban area, which is invested by Minh Linh Investment and Trading Co., Ltd, was started in late February.
In Phong Dien Industrial Zone, there is a project of Hue Kanglongda Factory invested by Kanglongda International Holdings Limited, with an invested capital of more than VND 4,812 billion. At Chan May - Lang Co Economic Zone, the project of Dang Kim Long - Thua Thien Hue tourism and service complex has a total investment of VND 3,730 billion; the project of Kim Long Motors Hue manufacturing and assembling complex has a total investment of VND 3,330 billion; and the project of auto manufacturing and assembling complex of Bach Viet Automobile Manufacturing Industry Joint Stock Company has a total investment of more than VND 2,655 billion, etc.
In addition, there are 20 projects that are in the course of selecting the investors; expected to happen before June 30; and 22 projects that need to be supported with the implementation of investor selection in 2020.
