From early morning, the festival grounds were filled with cheerful voices and bustling footsteps of locals and visitors. The atmosphere of a traditional rural market was vividly recreated, with rustic bamboo stalls selling various local specialties.
A highlight of the festival was the exhibition and introduction of typical traditional craft villages from the locality and nearby areas, including Pho Trach Bang grass mats weaving craft, Phuoc Tich pottery making craft, Van Trinh net weaving craft, and My Xuyen fine woodcraft, etc.
Here, visitors had the chance to observe the crafting process firsthand, listen to stories about the formation and development of each craft village, and appreciate the dexterity, sophistication, and dedication of the craft artisans.
In addition, many folk experiential activities were organized in a vibrant atmosphere, including hitting clay pots blindfolded, tug of war, jumping sack, crossing monkey bridges, and childhood games,… drawing large crowds of locals and visitors.

Through the festival, the locality aims to continue preserving and promoting traditional cultural values, fostering pride in the homeland, and community awareness and responsibility in heritage conservation and the development of indigenous culture-based tourism. The event also serves as an opportunity to promote the potential and strengths of Phong Dinh, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of the locality and Hue City.
