Ho Chi Minh Memorial Site in Savannakhet Province, Laos, is a “red address” of profound historical significance, preserving the legacy of his revolutionary activities on the land of Laos. It also stands as a powerful symbol of the steadfast and enduring solidarity between the two nations.
The site was commenced and completed on May 19, 2013. It was later restored and upgraded, with renovations completed on December 31, 2025, creating a more spacious and well-appointed memorial space that better meets the needs of visitors on learning about its historical significance.
At the site, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan and members of the delegation offered incense and laid flowers, expressing their profound respect and deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh, the great leader of the Party and Vietnamese people, who laid the foundation for the special friendship, solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Laos.
