Despite being held at the ward level for the first time and conducted within a limited timeframe, the contest attracted enthusiastic participation from local primary and secondary schools, with 28 entries submitted. The submissions were varied in form, showcasing students’ creativity, observation, and their ability to apply knowledge to practical, real-world contexts.
The contest was organized to create a healthy and enriching intellectual playground for students, offering them opportunities to showcase creative ideas, apply acquired knowledge to real-life situations, and develop independent thinking and scientific research skills. It also served as an occasion for nurturing their aspirations of becoming future scientists, engineers, and innovators.
