A number of livelihood support initiatives for disadvantaged residents in Salavan Province were also implemented.

In the future, both sides agreed to continue effectively implementing the 2023 - 2027 Cooperation Program, expand delegation exchanges, share experience, and further enhance the capacity of Red Cross personnel.

The two organizations will also coordinate medical examination and health consultation programs, provide free medicines and humanitarian assistance to disadvantaged people, particularly in border areas; while exploring sustainable livelihood models and strengthening cooperation in disaster prevention, emergency response, and relief operations.
