This is the basis for the tourism sector to develop further in the coming time,” said Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh.

The seminar has also contributed to improving the knowledge and understanding of the stakeholders in the tourism sector in Thua Thien Hue Province about the opportunities and practices on linking activities and products to develop tourism in a sustainable and smart manner; thereby, improving the quality of hotel services, destinations, and shopping activities, etc., as well as tourism competitiveness via smart technologies in the countries in the Mekong sub-region including Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand, and Vietnam.
