Specifically, to connect with and support visitors during the upcoming holiday period, the Department of Tourism announced 5 information reception channels, including hotline (phone number 0234.3828288); Fanpage messaging (https://www.facebook.com/visithuevietnam); Facebook group  (https://www.facebook.com/groups/visithuevietnam); Zalo for service providers (https://zalo.me/g/etee2twidaveuwtsvyss); and Zalo for visitors (via phone number 0985800789).

According to aggregated data from accommodation facilities and related sources, the Department of Tourism said that the number of visitors is expected to rise sharply during the upcoming holidays, particularly the April 30 - May 1 period. Specifically, during the 5 days from April 29 to the end of May 3, the total number of visitors to Hue City is estimated to reach approximately 389,000, an increase of 10.8% compared to the same period last year. Of these, international visitors are estimated at 80,000, up 12% year-on-year. Tourism revenue is estimated at 870 billion VND, a 19% increase compared to the same period. The average hotel room occupancy rate is estimated at approximately 97%.
