On the evening of June 16, the riverside stage along the Perfume River in front of Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted once again drew large crowds of residents and visitors to enjoy performances as part of Hue International Music Week 2026.

On the evening of June 15, as part of Hue International Music Week 2026, the stage by the Perfume River, in front of Quoc Hoc - Hue High School, continued to draw a large audience with performances by Ojos band (France), Kawanishi Natsuki (Japanese singer), as well as Vietnamese singer My Anh, and artist Matthew Ifield (Australia).

On the afternoon of June 11, the School of Engineering and Technology, Hue University officially launched the Japanese-Standard Engineering Training Program, marking a strategic cooperation between the institution and Nisso Kosan (under the management of Nisso Corporation) and Meisei Group (Japan) in the field of training, education, and high-quality human resource development.

On the afternoon of June 10, over 14,000 candidates in Hue City area arrived at 37 examination venues to complete registration procedures for the 2026 High School Graduation Exam.

To ensure the health and safety of candidates participating in and those involving in the High School Graduation Examination this year, the City’s Department of Health has rolled out a series of measures covering healthcare services, disease prevention and control, and food safety during the exam period.

On the morning of June 8, the Department of Education and Training held a training conference on examination administration procedures for the 2026 National High School Graduation Examination for school administrators and teachers serving as heads and deputy heads of the examination centers, and secretaries from 37 examination venues across the city.

On May 28, 1,728 candidates took part in the competency assessment examination for Grade 6 admission at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School for the academic year 2026 - 2027.

In the familiar space of schools, tuong - a traditional stage art form once thought to be “hard to approach” for young people - is being brought to life through hands-on experiences. Through makeup sessions, lessons, and opportunities to explore and feel the values of tuong firsthand, this approach is helping younger generations grow closer to cultural heritage and creating new ways to incorporate traditional culture into schools.

On May 23rd, Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted held its ceremony to review the 2025-2026 school year and honor students with outstanding achievements. Attending the event was Mr. Hoang Khanh Hung, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Head of the City Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization.

On May 22nd, Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School held an awards ceremony for the 2025-2026 school year to recognize and commend students who achieved outstanding results in academics, conduct, and in the city and national level competitions.

Today, the children learned to sing the song "Teachers and Friends" written in the tune of Dang Dan Cung. Following the teacher's tapping rhythm, the cheerful lyrics and melodies of the song were paused and sung by the children in rhythm.
