From July 21st to 31st, Hue City Center for Disease Control organized a series of activities across local communities to implement the Action Plan of Hue City’s National Nutrition Strategy for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2045.

That was the theme of a talk hosted by Dr. Mai Hang, a natural nutritionist, at Silent Space (32 Tay Son, Hue City) on November 23rd. The event was part of the “Lunch and Learn - Learn, Have lunch, and Connect together” program.

At the two workshops, the nutritionist Mai Hang discussed the effects of ingredients on health; offered instructions on how to prepare a meal properly to preserve the nutrients in the ingredients.
